The present declaration is applicable to all persons who contact and provide the company MARVICON with their personal data. Whenever you send us a message, it is possible that your data will be processed by us. In some cases, we may request other relevant personal data. We will limit this data to what is strictly necessary for us to be able to offer a high quality service. Your data may be stored on MARVICON servers, which are protected. MARVICON will manage your data in a confidential manner and with the utmost care. In order to ensure the security of the information system containing your personal data, it is protected by passwords, encryption software, a firewall, and anti-virus software. Access to MARVICON buildings and rooms is also monitored. We also collaborate with an external company specialising in IT assistance, which is responsible for ensuring the security of the MARVICON network, IT infrastructures, and information systems.
However, in the event that your personal data is leaked with negative consequences for you, MARVICON will contact you in compliance with legal requirements, and then, if required, will inform the national data protection authority.
In your capacity as a natural person, you have the right to be informed of the origin and processing of your personal data within the company MARVICON, as well as the purpose of the collection thereof. Similarly, you have the right to modify your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and to request the restricted use thereof. Certain data collected cannot be erased for legal reasons (e.g. data on accumulated service, payroll, etc.). In this case, we will inform you, on request, if we are legally obliged to store this data, or other data for other purposes.
Your data will be stored until the termination of your collaboration with our company, except if a specific conservation period is imposed by law.
Similarly, you have the right to transfer your personal data to another data controller.
